Delicious Raw Vegan Ranch Dressing

This coconut yogurt is one of the most life giving foods on planet earth.

It will give you sustained mental and physical energy by providing a perfect balance of predigested carbohydrates (glucose), proteins (amino acids) and fats (fatty acids).

The coconut tree is truly the tree of life and this yogurt is good for everyone at any stage of life.

It is great for growing babies and toddlers and has to potential to bring some one on their death bed back to life, especially in the form of coconut kefir, which is really just a very thin yogurt.

Interestingly, for those looking to gain some weight this yogurt will help, and paradoxically, for those who are looking to lose weight this yogurt will help as well.

This is accomplished due to the absorbability of the pre digested nutrients in the yogurt, as well as the synergistic effects of the 5 strains of transient, facultative and colonizing micro biota that help you to displace unhealthy pathogens and create an environment conducive to better digestion.

This helps to eliminate gas, bloating, indigestion and heartburn as well as IBS and IBD which can result from, overeating, GMO's, gluten and excess spices.

You see, thin people stay thin and have a hard time keeping on weight due to lack of absorption of MACRO nutrients, and overweight people are hungry all the time and over eat the wrong types of foods due to lack of absorption of MICRO nutrients.

Absorption of all essential nutrients is key for optimum health when it comes to weight gain, weight loss and the elimination of all types of disease conditions.

For most of us however we were raised on a diet of nutrient deficient, mucus forming foods that came from a box or a can and was almost always cooked to death.

This clogs up the gastrointestinal tract over time and inhibits the function of the pancreas and gallbladder which leads to the lack of absorption of vitamins, minerals, fatty and amino acids as well as glucose.

Lack of absorption, utilization and elimination of food is the beginning of all disease conditions.

A diet of fresh raw organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts and seeds eaten whole or in the form of juices, smoothies, salads and yogurts will increase your absorption, utilization and elimination and bring your body back into balance allowing the inherent intelligence within to heal all manner of diseases and imbalances so prevalent in this fast paced world.

Enzymes and probiotics are supportive of a healthy lifestyle that includes, moderate outdoor activity, sunlight, fresh air, pure water, rest, healthy relationships, right occupation, raw living foods and a service oriented state of mind which arises from the cultivation of self love and love for all life on planet earth including but not limited to humans, animals and plants.

That is all for now.?

Enjoy the recipes!

COCONUT YOGURT

  • 4 cups chopped coconut meat
  • 1-1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1 Tsp Puradyme LiyfBiotic

Use young Thai coconuts available at any Asian market. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.

Set on counter for 2-4 hours in a glass mason jar to culture then use in recipes. You can place the yogurt in the fridge for up to 5 days.

I personally like it best after 3-4 days in the refrigerator as it get nice and cultured and turns into a nice light fluffy yogurt which practically digests itself.

Pour over chopped kale (to make kale chip salad pictured here) or use it as a dressing for your favorite salad. Make it a little thicker and use as a veggie dip as well.

Even kids love this dressing. ?

I only use PuraDyme LiyfBiotic to make my yogurts because it's the best. Also, make sure to buy organic when possible.

Thank you,
