Raw Recipe: Mung Bean Salad

Hey it’s Dan. I made this salad for a dinner party the other day. It was off the hook delicious and everybody loved it!

First, soak mung beans for 24 hours and sprout another 24 hours rinsing every 8 hours or so. Mung beans are inexpensive, loaded with living amino acids, have a great texture and are delicious. Mung beans are easy to work with and a great seed to start your home sprouting practice. Sprouts are living, biogenic (life giving) foods.

All animals in nature are 100% raw and always have been. Look at the human suffering than arises from our ignorance of natures laws.

I’ve been raw for 15 years this month and I am still surprised at how powerful the all raw diet is.

During all animal experiments regarding diet and cooked vs raw foods we see that the 3rd and 4th generation of animals being fed cooked food begin to show major decline in brain and nerve function, the jaw begins to shrink and the teeth become crowded. Energy and strength decrease and reproductive function is compromised to a major degree. Imagine a cow eating cooked grass or a lion putting barbecue sauce on his tenderloin steak wrapped in plastic. lol

Cooked fats, grains and animal products as well as environmental toxins clog up the micro capillaries. This results in ischemia and ends in anoxia, decrepitude and major loss of cognitive function and motor coordination.

Cooked food, environmental toxins and stress are the cause of all disease. We as a society are in major denial of this. Another drug or surgery is not going to heal you. This is the age of self care and personal responsibility. The time to go raw, breath deep and simplify your life is right now.

Purify your blood.
