Raw Vegan Pesto Pasta:


• 4 Cups Zucchini • Spirulize zucchini into noodles.


• 1 red pepper diced
• 1/2 purple onion diced
• 1/2 cup chopped olives


Pesto Sauce:

• 1 1⁄2 Cups Coconut Almond Yogurt
• 1⁄2 Cup Pine Nuts
• 1 Cup Chopped Basil
• 2 Cloves of Garlic
• 3 tsp. Sea Salt
• 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
• 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
• Dash cayenne (opt)

Add all sauce ingredients to blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour over noodles.

Makes Approximately 2 Servings.
