Okay, on to sushi…

Animal based sushi is the #1 reason humans get parasites. Flesh begins to rot and harbor pathogens like parasites and worms the second the animal stops taking in fresh oxygen.

Avoid animal based sushi at all costs!

Sushi Rice:

– 1 large Jicama Root

Peel Jicama. Put through food processor with shredder blade. Squeeze excess moisture out with nut milk bag. Place back into food processor with S blade and pulverize until rice sized pieces.

Add 6-8 tablespoons of jicama rice to a Nori Seaweed Wrap

– 1 Sliced Avocado
– 1 Shredded Carrot or Carrot spears
– 1 Cucumber slices into thin spears
– 1 Cup Chopped Shitake Mushrooms
– 1 Red Pepper sliced into strips

Add 2 slices avocado, 1 carrot spear, 1 cucumber spear, 5-6 mushroom pieces and 2-3 red pepper slices to each wrap. Add 2 slices of ripe mango to take it to the next level. Roll tightly.

Pickled Ginger:

– 1/4 Cup Thinly Sliced Pieces Ginger
– 1 Tbsp. Honey – 2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
– 1 Tbsp. Beet Juice

Marinate ginger slices for 24 hours for best flavor.

– Coconut Aminos or Nama Shoyu

Dip sushi rolls in Coconut Aminos or Nama Shoyu. Makes Approximately 8 Rolls.
