Dave: Hey, guys. How's it going? What I'm going to do here is we're going to use Dan's juicer. I'm not familiar with it, so I've asked Dan to go ahead and make the juice. That's what we're going to do, so we're going to get started on this.

Dan: Thanks for joining the liferegenerator and Dave the Raw Food Trucker. We are going all the way to the top, baby, and we want to take you with us. Let's do this because we got 10 minutes. Okay, my addition to Dave's juice. This is Dave's recipe, by the way, for all you people that want to save your life. Okay. I've got some lamb's quarters and plantain out of the garden.

Dave: What does a plantain do, Dan?

Dan: Plantain, it pulls up. It moves the lymphatic system. It pulls puss out of the body.

Dave: Wow. Okay.

Dan: Beet greens. Spinach. Look at this, Dave. Does yours do this?

Dave: No, it does not.

Dan: Watch your fingers. Doesn't do that, does it?

Dave: No.

Dan: a great juicer. Red pepper.

Dave: You put the whole stem in there?

Dan: Go for it.

Dave: Wow.

Dan: What the hell? Yellow pepper, cucumber. Now remember, this will all be in the info section from Krista, so check the info box. And don't email me. I live on the internet now. I used to be a nature boy. Now I'm internet boy. Parsley. Uh oh. Look at that, Dave.

Dave: Yeah.

Dan: Is that pretty good or what?

Dave: That is great, and that was both regular parsley and French parsley, Italian parsley.

Dan: I'm going to pour this over ice because it's nice and hot today. This juice saved Dave's life and now today it's saving mine. I've been starving for some good, fresh, organic, green vegetables. Get them in your body. Okay, a little more parsley. Asparagus, just a small amount of mustard greens. Great to have you, Dave.

Dave: It's good to be here, Dan.

Dan: Thanks for letting me make this juice for you.

Dave: Oh, my honor and my privilege, brother.

Dan: Hey, that's my line that I stole from you. Okay, that was fennel. Yeah. Now, some tomatoes for some delicious flavor. Got to love that. Does it all by itself. Next, a very small piece of aloe, which helps to soothe the GI tract. For anybody that's having ulceration or inflammation of the GI tract. Next, some basil. Yummy. Tomato and basil juice. Okay, next, I've got kale.

Dave: I noticed you put quite a generous helping of kale in there. It's got a lot of nutrients in it.

Dan: You bet you it does. I'll drink kale juice all day.

Dave: Right on.

Dan: Everybody here knows that I love kale and all these green herbs to heal. Green herbs to heal and fruit to energize, baby. It's all you need to know. You don't need to come back to this channel anymore. It's green herbs to heal you, fruit to give you energy. When I mean fruit, I mean cucumbers, red peppers. As well as apples, oranges, and bananas.

Dave: Tomatoes.

Dan: Tomato's a fruit. Amen. Can't beat that.

Dave: Nope.

Dan: Yeah. We are full up on that. We've got a little bit … We've got some collard greens here.

Dave: Do you put in any red chard?

Dan: Oh. We almost forgot the red chard and that would be foolish. Some broccoli. The answer to cancer. Shh. Don't tell the doctors I said that. This is not medical advice. This is just 2 dudes who get super healthy when they eat fruits and vegetables, and want you to do the same.

Dave: Right on.

Dan: You can see how much fun I have.

Dave: Yeah, right on, dude.

Dan: The life regenerator, baby. The life regenerator. I think we got her.

Dave: I think we do. Let's put some cilantro in there, too.

Dan: Oh, we forgot the cilantro. Duh. Bring it. Nice.

Dave: We're looking good.

Dan: Nice, dude. We got it. We got it. This is just amazing.

Dave: What an honor and a privilege to be here with you, Dan. You and Krista.

Dan: Man, I can't tell you how much … Dave, here. Take this. Not the little ant, though.

Dave: Yeah, I'll pass on the ant.

Dan: I'll mix this up a bit. Looks like we got a couple of minutes to chat. Yes, you guys. Some of you know Dave, some of you might not. Dave drank juice to save his very life. He could've went the chemotherapy and radiation route, but like a crazy wacko, he decided to eat fruits and vegetables instead.

Dave: Wow is it smooth. Of course I've been doing this for 17, 18 months.

Dan: He's with us today. Lost almost 200 pounds. God knows how many belt buckles he loses every time I see him. I mean … And now everyone's getting motivated. Here I wanted to toast to your guys' health. I mean, I love Dave. We've been tighter than whatever since the first second. He made the excuse. He came up to me and he said, “Do you know any movie theaters around here?” I don't know if he was legitimate, but I think his inner being was saying, “Go talk to that guy, make friends with him. You guys are supposed to connect.” We've been best buddies ever since.

Dave: We have. We have. Incredible stuff. Incredible stuff. I got to tell you, as you dive deeper into this health and you start diving deeper in the nutrition, the life force just jams. The green part of it is the regenerative part. When I saw Dan walking up that road today, my whole heart just lit up, man. This is where I'm going. I was detoxing. Was up all night detoxing, man.

Dan: Show me that. Show them with the elbows.

Dave: Oh yeah. Yeah. This is what you want when you're detoxing, though. You want it coming out. It's not bad, it's good.

Dan: We don't really know what it is. It's just some kind of skin condition. Just crap coming out.

Dave: Yeah. Probably psoriasis, but we don't know. It's all good.

Dan: Old, crusty mucus. Just waste, matter, just moving out of the body. Who cares how it comes out. Just keep on working it. Dave's done colonics, I've done colonics. You'll hear different sides of this coin. Obviously you don't want to rely on colonics. You want to get your diet to where you don't need colonics anymore, but it is the modern world and we want to do everything we can to accelerate our health, weight loss, and, for me, beauty. I'm into that end of it. Well, why not? You know what I'm saying?

Dave: Right on.

Dan: You're going to get a little bit of a different angle from me on some of these videos about not just about losing weight and getting healthy. Then really beatifying your skin, beautifying your muscles, and your self function so that you can feel totally vital and alive.

Dave: I got to tell you, Dan. I was telling someone the other day that. I was explaining to them about you. This is what the male human body should look like at your age. That's what it should look like. This is the perfect example. When I get to where I'm supposed to be at, I'll take my shirt off and show everybody, too.

Dan: Right on.

Dave: I ain't there yet.

Dan: I got to tell everyone in our last minute here that this reminds me of pizza. I'm not kidding. This tastes like pizza in a glass. That might sound weird, but the red peppers and the tomatoes.

Dave: And the cilantro.

Dan: And the cilantro and the parsley. It's just, like, hey. If I had to save my life, if I had the choice between the medical way or the nature way, I got to tell you, I've never seen the medical way work. In fact, I've seen it wipe out a lot of people. They went out. They went out. If you're going to go out, if you do this way at least you go out with love and vitality. Everyone's got to leave, but just get on it. If you want to live and you want to see your grandkids graduate from high school, this is the way to do it. If you want to lose weight, if you want to feel vibrant, this is the way to do it, man.
