Hey, how are you doing? It’s Dan McDonald here. I’m the Life Regenerator on YouTube, and I’ve got just a few short minutes to make a video addressing something that I thought was a great question on Facebook. I made a post on enzymes this morning which kind of arose out of a comment that I made on the YouTube. I don’t do a lot of commenting on the YouTube. I save most of my time on the internet for the Insiders Club videos, as well as, Facebook. Occasionally, I’ll go over there and just scroll through the comments, and just check that out and see what’s going on over there.

I made a post on the PuraDyme enzymes and probiotics on Facebook, and it’s pretty cool. Anyways, there was a really great question from this guy … I won’t mention his name, actually, just in case he wants to stay anonymous, but … “Why is the modern raw diet so deficient of enzymes that we need to supplement? I’ve been raw for four weeks, never felt better, and energy is through the roof. Why do I need these enzymes? Am I not getting these through my new raw diet of herbs and vegetables and fruit?” That’s a good question. Obviously when you go raw right away, you’re going to have the pink cloud effect, because basically you’re eliminating everything that’s sluggish, slime, slop that totally brings you down; which is like dead food. Hey it’s Dan. I made this salad for a dinner party the other day. It was off the hook delicious and everybody loved it!

First, soak mung beans for 24 hours and sprout another 24 hours rinsing every 8 hours or so. Mung beans are inexpensive, loaded with living amino acids, have a great texture and are delicious. Yes it is true. Yesterday I saw one of my viewers and he was surprised to see me. He said he heard a rumor that I was dead. As I walked away I laughed but, also thought to myself that in a sense it is true. Over the last couple months that I have been out of the public eye the old Dan is dying.

I had no idea how crazy I have been trying to fit into an absolutely insane, upside down and backwards world. As I heal, regenerate and detoxify my brain, my nervous system is getting balanced and a lifetime of trauma and stress is being released allowing life force energy to flow through my body and mind.

I have more energy and I am happier than I have ever been in my life. I am so much more calm and relaxed. I am a lot less reactive.

With this time away from my work online, I have been able to employ all the skills, knowledge and tools I have developed over the years with laser like focus. Being free from the distractions of the world, I have evolved more in the last two months physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually than I have in the last 15 years since I started this journey of regeneration and transformation for illumination.

I still have a lot of work to do to completely regenerate my brain, nerves and immune system. It is more like a fun and exciting adventure now instead of a desperate attempt to heal. Read More

I just made this and it’s great…

1 cup Puradyme natural protein powder

  • 2 tbs. flax oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup dulse seaweed
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil
  • 2-4 tbs. lime juice
  • 1/2-1 cup of water for desired thickness

Blend everything in blender and pour into a bowl…

Use warming grounding winter vegetables like:

  • Beets
  • Carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Bok Choy
  • Cauliflower
  • Zucchini

Let your veggies warm up to room temperature during winter time. Pull them out 20-30 minutes before you start making the dip.

The amino acids in the Puradyme protein powder are good for bringing balance to the brain. Use regular hemp protein if you don’t have Puradyme. I love the Puradyme natural protein because it has a protease enzyme added to aid in utilization of the amino acids and a proteolytic probiotic to aid in digestion of the proteins.

This protein practically digests itself. I have really come to appreciate protein and finding high quality vegan sources is important for maintaining balance and stability. I actually gained about 10 pounds of healthy weight after I ate 2 bags of it in one month period. I was also hitting the gym 2-3 times per week.

This recipe above is very grounding and nutrient dense for when you need a heavier high fiber meal to feel satisfied or you need some extra omega 3 for the brain and nerve nourishment and the protein for muscle growth or brain balance.

My response to a question as to why I am being very clear about my dissociation from the vegan movement: Look at the way the vegan ‘leaders’ are treating people and how they have been treating people for years. Observe how they just constantly step on other people in order to make themselves look better and draw negative attention. I don’t hate vegans.

Presently I do not eat animal products except for bee pollen (one of the best foods for human beings) and theoretically could be considered a vegan and an asset to helping people to be strong, healthy and vibrant without animal products, but telling people with diabetes, obesity and other deep seated chronic disorders that all they need is fruit, white sugar and pasta and to refrain from practices like fasting, using herbs and vegetable juicing is a huge detriment to the those people and to the vegans who want to stay in the game and be healthy for the long term.
