I have been too busy to make any videos lately.

I made this dressing for Nataya and Sophia last night and they loved it so I wanted to share this 100% raw transition recipe for anyone who needs/wants it.

Delicious Raw Vegan Ranch Dressing

It will give you sustained mental and physical energy by providing a perfect balance of predigested carbohydrates (glucose), proteins (amino acids) and fats (fatty acids).

It is great for growing babies and toddlers and has to potential to bring some one on their death bed back to life, especially in the form of coconut kefir, which is really just a very thin yogurt.

Interestingly, for those looking to gain some weight this yogurt will help, and paradoxically, for those who are looking to lose weight this yogurt will help as well.
