Return Policy

Our 30-day, Money Back Guarantee backs all products. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, simply download the Return Authorization Form and mail the form and product back to us. Once we receive the form from you, we will process your refund minus the shipping and handling.

How Long Does It Take For My Refund?

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 2 business days. Once your refund has been processed on our end, it’s up to your bank to add the money back to your account. This usually takes about 3 to 7 days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

If you have received a defected or faulty item and need to exchange it for the exact same item, simply download the Return Authorization Form and mail it back to us for processing. If you would like to exchange your product for another product, please annotate this information on the Return Authorization form. Be sure to include your e-mail address and phone number.

How Are Refunds Issued

1. If you paid with Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover), your refund goes to your Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover).
2. If you paid with PayPal, your refund goes to your PayPal account
3. If you paid with a Check, your refund will be sent via a check.
4. If you paid with a Money Order, you refund will be sent via a check.
